What We Think About This Instrument

Yamaha is globally recognized as one of the world's absolute top piano manufacturers, celebrated for building instruments with unmatched reliability, precision engineering, and outstanding musicality. Among their legendary lineup, the Yamaha U1H stands out as a true benchmark. Built during what many technicians and musicians consider the golden era of Yamaha piano manufacturing, this period yielded unparalleled build quality, exceptional seasoned timbers, and a level of craftsmanship that remains highly sought after today.

Housed in a fantastic-looking traditional cabinet and finished in a stunning polished ebony, this instrument is in excellent condition. It serves not only as a world-class musical instrument but also as a breathtaking addition to any home, studio, or performance space.

The Authentic Yamaha U1 Tone & Playability

This particular U1H embodies the classic, coveted Yamaha U1 acoustic profile. It delivers a deep, rich, and resonant tone with a sparkling clarity that brings any genre of music to life. Equipped with a full 88-note keyboard, the keys offer a highly playable and exceptionally responsive action. This precise tactile feedback ensures effortless expression, giving players complete dynamic control from delicate pianissimos to powerful fortissimos.

Factory Refurbished Pianos
If you want a Piano that has been refurbished in one of the top European piano restoration facilities, from the ground up to a level that many would find hard to distinguish from a new piano, these pianos will be the perfect choice. No stone is left un-turned in the refurbishment process, ensuring the piano plays impeccably with many players agreeing they feel and sound better than a brand new piano due to the quality of materials and craftsmanship of instruments products in the heyday of Japanese piano manufacture. Once you have chosen, why not add a “Night Owl” silent system to turn your piano into a practical instrument that can be enjoyed at any hour of the day, we even include a set of high quality stereo digital leather headphones.

Refurbished Means Refurbished
Not just a polish & tune; Unlike many of the so called “Refurbished” instruments on the market, our pianos really do get the ultimate treatment.
