Factory Refurbished Pianos
If you want a Piano that has been refurbished in one of the top European piano restoration facilities, from the ground up to a level that many would find hard to distinguish from a new piano, these pianos will be the perfect choice. No stone is left un-turned in the refurbishment process, ensuring the piano plays impeccably with many players agreeing they feel and sound better than a brand new piano due to the quality of materials and craftsmanship of instruments products in the heyday of Japanese piano manufacture. Once you have chosen, why not add a “Night Owl” silent system to turn your piano into a practical instrument that can be enjoyed at any hour of the day, we even include a set of high quality stereo digital leather headphones.

Refurbished Means Refurbished

How We Grade Our Used Instruments
All of our used products are fully checked, cleaned and honestly graded to ensure you know exactly what to expect from your purchase. All of our grades are made taking into account the age of the product, so a product that is 15 years old rated as excellent may have more signs of use than a product that is 2 years old, also rated as excellent.

New
These are brand new products & will be in a box or unboxed prior to assembled delivery

Ex-Display/Demo

These products will have had minimal use and in our opinion be as close to buying a brand new product as possible.

Excellent

These products will have light signs of use commensurate with a well looked after used product.

Very Good

These products will have signs of use associated with a played in product, but still in fine order.

Good

These products will show a few more signs of use, but have no major marks.

Fair

These products will show some more obvious signs of use and may have a few marks here and there.

Poor

These products will have some more serious marks or may have some form of damage. This will be described in the product listing.

Please Note:

Any mechanical faults will be described in the product listing, the grades above are for cosmetic purposes.
